They always greet my dog with such warmth. It’s clear they take the time to make each pet feel comfortable and happy. My dog absolutely loves going there and always comes home relaxed and content (and slightly annoyed that she can’t stay there). I feel completely at ease leaving her in their care."

"Both Rosie and Annie love their stays at Sydney Petlands. They always start to get excited about 500m from the front gate ending in wagging tails and yelps of glee by the time we have parked. We love the photos sent each visit and they both look as happy as can be. To me, a good sign that they have had a wonderful experience is they both fall soundly asleep in the car long before we reach home. When the girls have stayed an extended period of time they both have nice round bellies suggesting they have been well fed and most importantly well loved. Thank you to the staff as they all do a fantastic job providing a fun and loving environment.
