We know this is a stressful time that comes with a lot of uncertainty however our clients, human and animal, are our number one priority.

Our staff follow strict and regular cleaning procedures using industry tested products. In addition, we have been in constant discussion with our industry specialist regarding hygiene management. We are following their protocols as new information emerges. We have hand sanitiser available for clients and have staff using this in all areas of our resorts. Additionally, we have also closed our resort for tours until 30th March 2020 pending review.

If you have recently returned from overseas, please have a friend or family member collect your pet from our resorts, providing they have not been in contact with you.

If you have displayed cold or flu symptoms or been in contact with someone who has, please abstain from visiting our resorts.

And lastly, thankfully there is no evidence at this stage that domestic pets can carry or be affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19).

As a helpful suggestion, please follow the advice and recommendation of the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Please rest assured all pets in our resort are in great hands and are under constant care with our staff ensuring they are happy and healthy.
